Pelvic Floor & Deep Core for Mums

This 8-week Pelvic Floor & Deep Core course is an exercise-based program. The focus of this course is on strengthening, activating, and coordinating the pelvic floor and deep core muscles through safe movement and functional exercise.

It is intended to support mums in reconnecting with their core, improving strength, posture, and confidence in movement. This course is not a medical, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation service and does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. It does not replace assessment or treatment by a pelvic health physiotherapist, midwife, or medical professional. Participants are encouraged to work within their comfort levels and to seek individual medical or physiotherapy advice if they have pain, prolapse symptoms, incontinence concerns, or have been advised to do so by a healthcare provider.

As a personal trainer, my role is to educate, guide, and coach movement, providing safe exercise strategies that support everyday strength, stability, and confidence — not medical treatment.

Why you ARE allowed to do this (for your confidence)

As a personal trainer, you are absolutely within scope to:

  • Teach pelvic floor engagement as part of exercise

  • Coach breathing, posture, and core coordination

  • Run group strength programs for mums

  • Provide general education about movement and muscle function

  • Offer non-clinical exercise progressions

You are not:

  • Diagnosing pelvic floor dysfunction

  • Treating prolapse, tears, or incontinence

  • Performing internal assessments

  • Replacing physio or medical care
